Our group has an extensive list of Marketing activities that we put each property through, ensuring that your property is brought to the largest demographic possible. With over 80% of homebuyers starting their search online, we maximize the amount of outlets so no matter where the potential homebuyer starts their search, they are bound to come across your home!  Once they view your home, we captivate them with high quality photographs, video, virtual tours, and language that entice them to pick up the phone and call! Our main goal is to sell your home!

Marketing Action
Within the first two days
  • Coldwell Banker Yard Sign and directional signs will be posted
  • Your property will be listed on the MLS (Multiple Listing Service) for over 300 area Realtors┬« to view. 
  • Your property will be listed on our groups website: www.classiccoastalhomesgroup.com
  • A just listed announcement will be sent to the various Coldwell Banker Platinum Partners offices.
Within the first three days
  • Your property listing will be fed to over 30 different websites including the major four Real Estate search engines: Trulia.com, Realtor.com, ColdwellBanker.com, and Google.com
  • Your property will be marketed via our Social Media presence on Facebook.com, Twitter.com, our blog (www.classiccoastalliving.com), our website (www.classiccoastalhomesgroup.com), ActiveRain.com, and Trulia.com
  • A short video will be shot of your property and posted to our Youtube.com channel as well as on Coldwell Banker's YouTube Channel: On Location.
  • A Virtual Tour will be shot and posted throughout our online presence.
Within the first five days
  • "Just Listed" postcards will be mailed to your neighborhood announcing the listing of your property.
     
Within the first week
  • Ad copies will be sent to various publications across the Golden Isles including: The Real Estate Book
  • In some cases an ad copy will also be sent to Elegant Island Living, Homes and Land and the Brunswick News
Within the first two weeks
  • A Realtor┬« Open House will be scheduled where lunch and/or a drawing will be provided and local Realtors┬« will tour your property in person.
Ongoing Activities
  •  Public Open Houses will be conducted where necessary.
  • Your property will have a continued online presence through our various social media outlets, website and blog.
  • Flyers and Informational brochures will be provided and available to potential buyers and agents.
  • Your property will continue to have presence in our email marketing campaign.
  • Any price changes or changes to listing information will be changed and addressed immediately throughout our various marketing platforms.
*Photos, Virtual Tour, and Video will be shot once the home is ready to be viewed by the public and any necessary staging, cleaning, or depersonalization has occurred.
