Buying a home can be one of the most stressful times in your life. Whether you are a first-time homebuyer or a seasoned investor, the Classic Coastal Homes group has the experience and resources needed to ensure that your home buying experience is as stress-free and pleasurable as possible. For sake of simplicity, buying a home is a three step process: Finding the right community, finding the right home, and negotiating the best price. To help you along the way, we have complied extensive information regarding the different communities and neighborhoods within the Golden Isles which you can find here. For out-of-town purchasers, we also have a library of community video clips which we can send to give you a better look at some of our wonderful communities. Once a community is chosen, it is time to find the right home. To help you, our team is scanning our Multiple Listing Service daily as well as attending RealtorĀ® open houses to make sure we are on top of the latest and best inventory in the area. In addition, you will have the research and dedication of three fully licensed RealtorsĀ® working on your behalf. We will not rest until we have found a home that not only meets your needs but exceeds your expectations! Once that home is found, we will guide you through the negotiation process and will leave no stone unturned to ensure you get the best value possible in your transaction.

  • We will work with you to request the seller to remedy the items you specify after your review of the building and termite inspection reports as your offer to purchase specifies.
